Penpol is situated on its own on the edge of the village of St Just in Roseland, a short drive from the lovely waterside town of St Mawes (four miles away) on the Roseland Peninsula, South Cornwall.
A white roughcast Cornish cottage standing on high ground, Penpol is surrounded by an attractive enclosed garden. The cottage looks out across fields with an unsurpassed view across the Estuary and the Carrick Roads to Falmouth beyond.
The cottage is designed for use all year around. With mooring facilities in the creek below the cottage, plus the option to charter a Cornish shrimper, as well as excellent walks from the door and dogs welcome, Penpol is the perfect place to stay for both a summer sailing holiday and to explore the Roseland Peninsula in the peaceful off-season. An efficient modern wood burner, night store heaters and drying cupboard keep occupants cosy and dry whatever the weather.
Short breaks are available 1 October to 31 May (excluding Easter and half term).
